Anger in the Workplace: losing the ties that bind

In an era of unprecedented prosperity here in the United States, people appear less than satisfied at work. Approximately 1000 homicides are reported annually and 18,000 assaults weekly according to Government reports. Claims of sexual, racial, and other unlawful harassment are at an all-time high. People are "disappearing" from payrolls and from the workplace, while those remaining are working harder than ever.

In a comprehensive review of the factors contributing to anger in the workplace, R Brayton Bowen examines the issues from five different aspects. For information click on the interview links for exclusive conversations between R Brayton Bowen and other prominent thinkers on the subject.
